Coaching
individual support on leadership, career change and personal growth
I’m a qualified coach (Institute of Leadership and Management Level 5) and I’m all about curiosity and joy, two ideas that I know can improve how you take up space in this world.
I coach curious people and people who are looking to regain their curiosity and joy – about who they, what they really want and how they can make a change. People who are feeling stuck in their roles, whether at work or at home, and who are looking for new or different ways to grow.
My clients are often:
looking to assert their boundaries in their work and life.
feeling like they can’t get their voice heard and therefore make themselves smaller every day, trying to fit into what other people have come to expect of them.
at the start of their first leadership role and want to figure out who they are as a leader (and all they see around them are the type of leaders they definitely don’t want to be).
trying to find a new job but can’t quite describe what it is that they do in the professional space.
tired of the stories they have told themselves about who they are that don’t serve them anymore.
curious about whether there might be more to life than this and know that they are worthy of more.
How can coaching help you?
Coaching works best when you have a (set of) goals that light you up and the determination to achieve them. And that determination might look different from one day to another. You might feel apprehensive about your goal, or you might know that this is absolutely the right thing to do right now. All the feelings are ok. As long as you have something to work towards and are committed to making progress, coaching can help you achieve your goals.
I work from the belief that everything is figureoutable. You can figure it out. You have the capacity to think expansively and creatively. You are able to think about complex problems and come up with solutions that fit you. Together we will identify and articulate your goals, consider what success might look like and set on a path of discovery where you can have the space and time to truly think for yourself. We will ask insightful questions, find repeating behavioural patterns, probe at assumptions and find out what is really true.
My promise to you is that I will support you all the way, holding the space for your thinking, without interrupting.
"The coaching I have received from Saini has been transformative. Having recently taken on a new leadership role, and being new to leading, the coaching has been invaluable to navigate this transition. In particular, it has helped me to think about the sort of leader I want to be and to work to develop this. It has also given me the tools to navigate difficult and challenging situations where I have felt out of my depth. Overall, it has provided me with the space to think about my boundaries and capacities."

"I was nervous to start having never undertaken any kind of career/professional coaching that was about me, and not the subject matter, before. You were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away. I very much valued how you encouraged me, sometimes through questions and sometimes by letting me work through my own thoughts, to reframe things that I perceived to be problems to understanding them as ways I work and therefore be accepting of them. You let me guide the sessions but kept them structured and productive. I found the sessions challenging but rewarding and I enjoyed how we were able to share experiences to illustrate things. I felt you were honest and open whilst maintaining professionalism.
10/10 – highly recommend!"
